2. Types of Hosting Services
2.1. Shared Hosting Services
Our shared hosting services are designed for individual users and small to medium-sized businesses. Users must ensure responsible resource allocation to maintain optimal server performance.
2.2. Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Servers
Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable services. Once purchased, refunds will not be issued for these hosting types.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1. Billing Cycles
Payment for hosting services is billed on a recurring basis. The billing cycle is specified in your subscription plan.
3.2. Late Payments
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. Late fees may apply.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Shared Hosting
If you are dissatisfied with our shared hosting services within the first 30 days of subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
4.2. Service Disruptions (Shared Hosting)
Prorated refunds may be considered for prolonged service disruptions or failure to meet the service level agreement (SLA).
4.3. Non-Refundable Services
Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable services.
4.4. Refunds Exclusions
Refunds do not cover domain registration fees, setup fees, or additional services beyond the basic shared hosting plan.
5. Account Management
5.1. Account Termination
eHoster Services LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend hosting accounts for violations of this agreement or activities jeopardizing service security and stability.
5.2. Data Security
While eHoster Services LTD implements security measures, users are responsible for their account's security. eHoster Services LTD is not liable for data loss or breaches due to negligence or unauthorized access.
6. Service Modifications
6.1. Notification of Changes
eHoster Services LTD reserves the right to modify or discontinue hosting services with or without notice. Users will be notified, and efforts will be made to assist with data migration.
7. Governing Law
7.1. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
